DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- If your order is damaged/defective please take a photo of the product with a piece of paper stating “damaged“ or “defective“ for verification purposes.Please do this within 7 days after delivery date. Once you have been verified we will immediately start processing another order for you. You also have the option to request for a refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS
- If you have not received your order within 60 days after shipment, you will receive a full refund. We will request the carrier to cancel the order due to shipping delays.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Our Return/Exchange policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed after you received your order, we will assume that you are satisfied with your order and we will not be able to process a refund. If you'd like to return your item(s) please send us an email so that we can check if the product you ordered is eligible for free returns/exchanges. If your order is not eligible for a free return/exchange you (the customer) will be reliable for any shipping costs.
NO REFUND POLICY
We will not issue a refund if:
- Buyer fails to send proof of defective/damaged item(s) within 7 days.
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Invalid/wrong shipping information.
- returned used/washed items.
- returned without consent.
REFUND POLICY- LIGHTERS
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all lighter sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on lighters once they have been purchased.
If your lighter arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
