Shipping Policy 

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! 

• Orders usually take 2-13 days to process. Please note that processing time is not the same as shipping time.
• We ship to most places in the world except for India, Russia, Kuwait, Caribbean countries, Indonesia, Southern American countries, North Korea, Palestine and Ukraine due to shipping restrictions.
• Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks and sometimes 1-2 months, depending on the country that you reside in. If for any reason we cannot ship to your country, you will receive a full refund. We are still working on including more shipping options to reduce any logistic issues and include faster shipping times.
• Lost packages are not our responsibility. In the event, your package was stated "delivered", and you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately or ask your neighbours. It is your responsibility as a customer to keep track of your parcel on the tracking URL provided.  
  
  
• If you would like to cancel your order, immediately send us an email requesting a cancellation. Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped out, we cannot cancel your order. 
• Occasionally if you order more than one item, we may ship them individually. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers across the world to decrease shipping times, BUT, do not fear - your entire order will arrive.
